Rob Williams was named to his current post with RWI in late 2006. In that role, Williams oversees the overall financial operation of RWI and Wallace’s other various business interests.
Williams came to RWI from Wachovia Bank’s Wealth Management group, where he served as financial planner to several NASCAR drivers.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and is a Certified Financial Planner.
The oldest son of team owner, Rusty Wallace, Greg returned “home” to Rusty Wallace, Inc. and Rusty Wallace Racing during early 2007. In his present role, he oversees the marketing, licensing and communications functions of the company which his family has built during its 30-plus years in auto racing.
Greg Wallace joined RWI following a stint with the sports and events arm of IPG’s nationally-renowned ad shop, The Martin Agency. Prior to that time, he gained experience through various roles with several key industry players, including NASCAR, NASCAR Images and Turner Sports.
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Greg holds a MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College. He is a FAA-licensed Private Pilot and in his free time enjoys graphic design and aviation.
